Grants Researcher and Fundraiser
Parti-time, Contract
Rejuvenation House is looking for a Grant Research / Fundraiser to contract part-time to full-time, researching grants to cover uninsured clients and other expenses. This is a contract, at-home, position with bi-weekly staff meetings via tele-video and bi-monthly in-office meetings with the Executive Staff members.
As part of the fundraiser Rejuvenation House, you will primarily search for grants, people, and organizations to asking for financial support. The end goal is to raise roughly $5,000/month. This will enable essential services and expand to better meet the needs of the community and under-serviced veterans, as well as provide for un-insured clients to receive much needed mental healthcare at Rejuvenation House.
As a fundraiser you will be entitled to 20% of the funds you raise + $23/hr for time spent at fundraising events.
This is a commission only, and contract position. You will receive what you put into it.
Your primary duties would include:

Grant Research and application.

Promoting and/or leading fundraising and promotional efforts of Rejuvenation House PLLC. This will include making our services known to our targeted demographics and reaching out to donors.

Working in conjunction with Marketing.

Joining regular meetings with Rejuvenation House's leadership team.
Base pay range
$0/month - 20% Commission/month
Requirements:
At least 2 years of proven successful research and acquisition of grants (Please bring portfolio to interview).
Positive caring attitude for the welfare of clients.
Great work history and work ethics reflecting good teamwork.
Great references.
Experience working within the medical industry a plus.
LMFTA - Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Currently Locally licensed with the North Carolina Marriage and Family Therapy board in good standing.

Masters Degree in Behavioral Sciences

1 Year counseling experience (can be pre-grad)
Preferences:

Credentialing with Blue Cross Blue Shield a plus

Fluent bilingual in Spanish / English a plus

Experience working with children including teenagers

Experience with EHR mental health software a plus.
Candidates under consideration should be prepared to provide a criminal background check within 2 weeks of being hired.
